a) advertisements or information related to piracy, exploitation, gold management, illegal activities or other activities prohibited by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, STEAM Subscriber Agreement and any other documentation or agreement between IMC Games and STEAM in connection with Tree of Savior b) Content that would conflict with tree of Savior`s CERS assessment or other similar ratings for Tree of Savior`s competitors d) inappropriate content, as defined, supported or licensed by IMC Games IMC Games, does not have user-produced content. By creating User Generated Content, you grant IMC Games the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform all or part of the User Generated Content. IMC Games reserves the right to ask you to remove any User-Produced Content that is deemed inappropriate and that is contrary to this Agreement or other IMC Games and STEAM agreements, and reserves the right to revoke the permissions issued therein at any time. In addition, you agree to exempt imc Games from all claims, costs or damages of any kind related to your User Generated Content and to keep them harmless. THESE RULES MAY BE REVISED AT ANY TIME AFTER PRIOR NOTIFICATION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THEM OCCASIONALLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE THOSE OF IMC GAMES CO., LTD. DEFINED RULES, GUIDELINES AND AGREEMENTS. Your access to Tree of Savior (the “GAME”) is your agreement to the rules of conduct and guidelines below, as well as the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), STEAM™ Subscriber Agreement and other policies and supplemental agreements of IMC Games Co., Ltd. (the IMC Games) and STEAM. Failure to comply with these provisions may lead to the immediate termination of your account.
